Delivery Charges

1) Standard delivery (UK):

Grow club members enjoy FREE delivery on their service.

Orders over £50 come with FREE delivery too.

Orders under £50 have the following delivery charges applied:

Up to 250g - £2.50

250g to 1kg - £3.50

Over 1kg - £4.50

For UK mainland, your order will reach you 2 to 3 working days after they have been dispatched, e.g. for an order placed before 2pm on Monday, goods will be received by Thursday. We use tracked Royal Mail 2nd class for smaller items or our courier services for larger Standard Delivery items.

If the parcel is not received then a card will be left showing details of next day return delivery or where to collect your item from, which is either your nearest post office or sorting office.

2) Next day delivery (UK) - £5.95

For UK mainland, your order will reach you next working day after dispatch, e.g. for an order placed before 2pm on Monday, goods will be received on Tuesday. Orders placed at the weekend will be sent out on Monday's for next day delivery.

Returns / Exchanges

At Seed Pantry our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we will do our best to make sure that you are. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit/debit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Grow Club items that are perishable that should be opened and cared for or planted straight away on arrival. These items would not survive longer periods of time in the packaging as well as return journeys through the mail. Also items that were purchased on sale or special offers. If you are not happy with your product, please email and tell us about your concerns.

Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and seals intact. All returns must be approved by Seed Pantry - in the event of a return, please contact us via email to . Upon receiving and processing the return, Seed Pantry will provide a refund or a replacement item.

Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy). Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 5 days. Contact us for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.

Customer service is very importance to us at Seed Pantry and your confidence in us and the service we provide is our primary objective. We believe our returns policy is fair and open.

How to proceed with your return or exchange

Please email us at to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE. Indicate whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s) etc. Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability.

Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request and send to our head office address. Please send your return or exchange to: Seed Pantry Ltd, MWS-Clyde House, Reform Road, Maidenhead, SL6 8BY. We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.

Receiving a refund

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe, unless otherwise authorised by the Directors at Seed Pantry, we will begin to process your refund request.

Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of your refund request.

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including VAT, but excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Seed Pantry.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Seed Pantry reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Seed Pantry can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. Provided that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise agreed).

A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.

14 day cooling off period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we provide a full refund on the goods, less relevant delivery charges, but you must return the cancelled items at your own cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
