What can I buy from Seed Pantry?

Choose your own monthly food and flower boxes with our 'grow club discovery service' or buy seasonal kits, culinary food plants, or pick up some great gifts too.
What are the monthly grow club boxes?
The Seed Pantry grow club discovery boxes are for anyone wanting to grow food and flowers; to keep up with the latest gardening trends, discover new plants available along with receiving great savings too. We deliver the best flower bulbs, seeds for growing food and young plants, all delivered at the right time to grow, with the expert info you need, that our customers say is an inspiring and delightful surprise each time!
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
You do this on the gift page and enter your gift certificate code into the blue redeem box at the top. Then follow the instructions to redeem the voucher and set up your new account, so we can start delivering your gift boxes to you. You can only redeem your voucher code once, then you are set up for future monthly orders that are raised automatically each time.
Can I choose what goes in my grow club box each month?
Yes, the grow club boxes are your selections each month, made up from a choice / pick list of around 10 items.
How do I select my next box each month?
After your first month, to choose your next box items, you need to 'Sign in' then go to 'My account' area, then click on 'Subscriptions' on the side menu (or > drop down menu on mobiles), you can then see your listed product and you can click on the green 'Change Box Items' button to update your next box. That's it, all done!
How long are gift certificates valid for?
Gift certificates are valid for 2 years and can be redeemed anytime. You can start when you are ready to do so, in any season.
When do grow club subscription boxes get sent to me?
Most of the time grow club boxes are shipped on the 20th of each month or nearest working day. Sometimes we will send them earlier to get a good start on growing the current months seasonal delights, but we will let you know.
Do I have to make choices each month for my grow club box?
No, you can simply do nothing and let us choose our top picks for you each time. This happens automatically if you don't make a selection.
My gift certificate code is not working, why is this?
This is most likely for one of these reasons:
1. Redeeming in the wrong place - The gift certificate code can only be redeemed in the blue redeem box on the gift page. Please make sure you are entering this into the blue redeem box on the gift page to select your first box, register your account and submit your order.
2. You are already set up - you only need to redeem your voucher code once, then you are set up for future monthly orders. These are raised automatically each time and you make choices in your 'My Account' area once 'Signed In' under 'Subscriptions'.
3. The gift certificate code hasn't been entered correctly - please check it carefully (for example the letter O and number 0 can look very similar, as can the number 1 and letter I).
Can I skip a month, pause or cancel my grow club subscription anytime?
Yes, it's a flexible service where you can skip a month or take a break with options for a 1, 2 or 3 month break in the service. If you want to take a break or cancel please do this before the 5th day of the month. If you action this after the date then your next box will be sent and cancellation or take a break will take effect the following month.
To do this, 'Sign in', and go to your 'My account' area and then click on 'Subscriptions' on the menu, in there your product is listed, click on your 'Subscription ID' number. You will then see the options for taking a break or to unsubscribe.

What do you charge for delivery?
Grow club members enjoy FREE delivery in the UK. All other orders over the value of £40 come with FREE UK delivery too. For UK orders under £40 then delivery costs are applied and range from £2.50 to a maximum of £4.50, depending on the size of parcel. Items are sent via a tracked service.

Can I grow food and flowers all year round?
Yes, with the Seed Pantry grow club subscription service, year round growing is the focus, we'll send you seasonal food and flower choices each month for everything you need to grow at that point in time. There are many ways to grow all year with indoor growing and outdoor growing from winter flowering bulbs to hardy crops to sow and grow for winter harvesting.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, in most cases orders should be made via the website, but if you would like to call us then please do so on 0808 168 5339 at anytime and we'll take your order there and then.
Is this website secure?
Yes and we take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept in a secure server environment using the latest technology. Only employees, our partners and any sub-contractors who need the information to perform a specific job for Seed Pantry are granted access to personally identifiable information.
We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party company for marketing purposes.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
If you should change your mind you can visit our contact us page to request amends to the order or to cancel all / part of your order.
If your order has been delivered and you would like to return it, you should return the items undamaged in the original packaging. We will then refund you the cost of the products after receipt and further inspection. For more information visit our delivery & returns page.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Don't worry! From the sign in page click the 'I've forgotten my password' link and enter your email address. We will then send you an email to update your password.
