What can I buy from Seed Pantry?

Seed Pantry's website has a range of products for growing fresh food; herbs, salads, vegetables and flowers. Choose your own food and flower boxes with our 'grow club discovery service' or buy seasonal seed kits for culinary food plants or pick up gifts and accessories to grow food and flowers at home.

When do grow club subscription boxes get sent to me?

The grow club boxes are shipped on the 20th of each month or nearest working day.

Can I edit and choose what goes in my grow club box each month?

Yes, the grow club boxes are made up of your choices each month, from a selection list of around 10 items. This is done in your account area once registered. Under subscriptions you can use the 'change box items' button. Alternatively you can let us choose our top picks for you each time, if you don't make a selection.

Can I pause or cancel my grow club subscription anytime?

Yes, it's a flexible service where you can cancel the grow club subscription anytime or take a break with options for a 1, 2 or 3 month break in the service. If you wish to cancel or take a break please do this before 11th day of the month to stop the next box being shipped or the cancellation / take a break will take effect the following month.

To do this login to your account area and click on your subscription ID number. You will then see the options for taking a break or to unsubscribe.

Can I get further growing advice at Seed Pantry?

Yes, although you get lots of clear and easy to follow advice with your boxes, you can use #askaquestion via twitter @seedpantry or contact us via email here....we're here to help!

What do you charge for delivery?

Grow club members enjoy FREE delivery. Other orders over the value of £30 come with FREE delivery too. For orders under £30 then delivery costs are applied and range from £2.50 to a maximum of £4.50, depending on the size of parcel. Items are sent via a tracked service.

Can I grow food and flowers all year round?

Yes, with the Seed Pantry grow club subscription service, year round growing is the focus, we'll send you seasonal food and flower choices each month for everything you need to grow at that point in time. There are many ways to grow all year with indoor growing and outdoor growing from winter flowering bulbs to hardy crops to sow and grow for winter harvesting like broccoli, Brussels sprouts and leeks.

Can I order over the phone?

In most cases orders should be made via the website, but if you would like to call us then please do so on 0207 097 3819 and leave a message or we'll take your order there and then.

Is this website secure?

Yes and we take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept in a secure server environment using the latest technology. Only employees, our partners and any sub-contractors who need the information to perform a specific job for Seed Pantry are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party company for marketing purposes.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

If you should change your mind you can visit our contact us page to request amends to the order or to cancel all / part of your order.

If your order has been delivered and you would like to return it, you should return the items undamaged in the original packaging. We will then refund you the cost of the products after receipt and further inspection. For more information visit our delivery & returns page.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Don't worry! From the 'My Account' sign in page click the 'I've forgotten my password' link and enter your email address. We will then send you a new password. You can change the password to something more memorable once you have logged into the 'My Account' area of the site.
