Ligularia dentata 'Britt Marie Crawford' or Leopard Plants are robust hardy perennials plants for part shade areas. The lovely golden-yellow daisies, 5-7cm across, are the perfect contrast to the deep glossy purple foliage, with leaves up to 30cm across, and appear in flat-topped clusters in late summer and early autumn. A striking plant, good for biodiversity, that provides a valuable source of nectar and pollen for bees and butterflies. They are low maintenance and grow well in poorly drained borders, water margins, bogs gardens and in part shade areas. Growing up to 1m in height, a fabulous eye catching plant.

Ligularia is a genus of old world herbaceous perennials in the sunflower family. It's a great plant for damp, water margins, bog gardens in part shade areas in the garden.

A strong and striking herbaceous perennial with large, rounded, deep purple-bronze leaves up to 30cm across and bright beetroot-ruby red underneath. The lovely golden-yellow daisies, 5-7cm across, are the perfect contrast to the deep glossy foliage and appear in flat-topped clusters in late summer and early autumn. Deciduous, hardy perennial to -20. Add mulch to maintain moisture over winter. Low maintenance and easy to grow. Height - 1m. Spread 60cm.
