Spring Flower bulbs:

Crocus minimus 'Spring Beauty': A species found in Corsica and Sardinia. Beautiful outer flower petals of soft lilac to white with a special deep purple feathered flash.  Height: 15cm, Flowering time:  February to March, Preferred conditions: Generally sunny positions or part sunny or dappled sunlight. x8 Corms for planting.

Crocus 'Jeanne d'Arc': A large flowering sometimes call Wild Crocus of the Alps or Pyrenees that bloom a little later than the smaller Species Crocus, taking you well into Spring. 'Jeanne d'Arc' has large brilliant white flowers with purple striations on the stem and flower base with stigma that is orange and frilly. Grass-like foliage with silver-white stripes. Ht: 15cm. x8 corms for planting.

Crocus 'Remembrance': Native to the Alps, Pyrenees, and the Balkans. A lovely Dutch crocus cultivar with large cup-like shiny violet flowers. With bright orange pistils. Ht: 15cm. x6 Corms for planting.

Crocus chrysanthus 'Romance': Crocus chrysanthus is a species native to the Balkans and Turkey. A favourite with gardeners, called the snow crocus due to flowering earlier than other types with beautiful fragrant flowers. The most romantic crocus with warm creamy soft yellow flowers. Ht: 15cm, x12 Corms for planting.

Crocus angustifolius: Called the Cloth-of-Gold crocus due to its spectacular bright orange-yellow feathered flowers with deep maroon colouring on the outside. Species crocus in cultivation for at least 500 years.  Ht: 15cm, x8 Corms for planting.

Crocus sativus - saffron (Autumn flowering): Saffron crocus, giving its name to Saffron Walden, it has stunning fragrant, violet-purple flowers grown for its red stigma. Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world. Ht: 15cm, x8 Corms for planting.

Crocus 'Mixed' (Autumn Flowering): Autumn flowering mix of pale to deep lilac and white crocus flowers. A wonderful display of vibrant colour during the autumn months when colour in the garden is fading elsewhere. They will multiply year after year and are great planted in containers, beds, borders, and rockeries. Ht: 15cm, x12 Corms for planting.
