What do you charge for delivery?

Some of our products are free from delivery costs, specially our seed box collections. Larger items do have a delivery charge added and range from £2 to a maximum of £4.25.

Is this website secure?

Yes and we take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept in a secure server environment using the latest technology. Only employees, our partners and any sub-contractors who need the information to perform a specific job for Seed Pantry are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party company for marketing purposes.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

If you should you change your mind you can call us or visit our contact us page to request amends to the order or to cancel all / part of your order.

If your order has been delivered and you would like to return part or all of it, you should return the items undamaged in the original packaging. We will then refund you the cost of the products after receipt and further inspection. For more information, visit our delivery & returns page.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Don't worry! From the 'My Account' sign in page click the 'I've forgotten my password' link and enter your email address. We will then send you a new password.

You can change the password to something more memorable once you have logged into the 'My Account' area of the site.
